You will work closely with senior management to ensure financial stability, optimize investment performance, and drive growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for real estate investment projects.- Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.- Analyze investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and provide recommendations to senior management for investment decisions.- Monitor property performance, analyze financial metrics, and develop strategies to enhance returns and mitigate risks.- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.- Lead the preparation of financial statements, investor reports, and board presentations, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment performance, project cash flows, and assess portfolio risk exposures.- Collaborate with asset management teams to optimize property operations, implement value-enhancing initiatives, and achieve investment objectives.- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate investment landscape, providing strategic guidance to senior management.- Mentor and supervise junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and high performance.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.- Minimum of [X] years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or real estate investment management, with a proven track record of success.- Strong understanding of real estate finance principles, investment analysis, and financial modeling techniques.- Proficiency in financial accounting software (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Excel- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant regulatory frameworks governing real estate investments in the UK.- Previous experience in a real estate investment firm or property management company preferred.- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
