Protocol Education is assisting a nurturing early years setting in South London to recruit a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator.Do you believe every child deserves the best possible start in life?
Are you ready to create joyful, safe, and inspiring learning experiences for young children?Our client, a welcoming and community-focused nursery within a highly regarded multi-academy trust, is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to early years education.About the Role:Provide high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all children.Safeguard children and promote their welfare at all times.Create enabling environments where children can play, learn, and develop with confidence.Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress.Keep accurate records of children’s learning and development.Support mealtimes, hygiene routines, and day-to-day nursery duties.Work closely with colleagues and external agencies to provide the best outcomes for children.Promote outdoor learning, creativity, and opportunities to explore nature.What We’re Looking For:Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (or willingness to work towards it).Passion for early years education and a belief in the potential of every child.Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to use initiative.Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.Flexible and committed to continuous professional development.Desirable: Interest in outdoor learning, gardening, cooking, or forest school approaches.Benefits:Competitive salary.Permanent, full-time contract.
