Class 2 Driver - Palletforce Logistics SussexTHE ROLE:HGV Class 2 Driver – Pallet Network | Full Time | St Leonards-on-SeaOur drivers are one of the most important roles within Palletforce Logistics Sussex, and as a fully qualified Class 2 Driver, you will have the important role of collecting and delivering our consignments to and from our depot, whilst being safe and taking care of yourself on the road.THE SALARY:£35 074.00LOCATION:This role will be based at our site in St Leonards-on-Sea.ROLE RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Driving our 18T vehicles within TN Postal code area.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are adhered at all times.
  • Various HGV duties, including daily checks to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use, complying with vehicle security and standing procedures at all times.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, starting at 7.00am to 18.00 hrs
  • Available to work Saturdays on rotation basis
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Qualifications. Class 2 Driving Licence.Experience. Previous pallet experience is ideal. Will have completed a CPC Training Course and have a strong geographical and logistical knowledge.Communication. You will have good communication skills, spoken and written.Influence & Persuasion. Build good working relationships with work colleagues and customers.Planning & Organisation. You will be adaptable in your start and finish times depending on requirements.People & Self Development.
