You will also play a vital role in mentoring and supporting colleagues and junior staff, ensuring they are supported, confident and skilled in their roles. Administering medication with the utmost care and attention, you will follow procedures to keep our residents safe. Above all, you will promote independence and encourage residents to live with purpose and maintain meaningful connection.To be considered for this role you will be a qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of professional care standards required by the NMC code of conduct as well as knowledge of up to date clinical practices. You will be aware of Health and Safety procedures required in your role as Nurse and ensure they are followed.
