
Outsourcing Assistant Manager

- Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, manage the day to day running of the portfolio including reviewing transactional bookkeeping, preparing, and reviewing VAT Returns and management accounts and ensure quality work is delivered by key deadlines
- Utilise analytical skills to review data for anomalies and provide solutions both internally and to clients
- Maintain up to date knowledge of various software applications and tools
- Be an external point of contact to clients, building strong relationships, offering support, and helping them to understand and use their financial information
- Collaboration with team members and colleagues across the form to deliver exceptional client service
- Ensure all client and internal monthly, quarterly and year end deliverables are completed to a high-quality standard and deadlines met
- Perform ad hoc analysis, projects and attend client premises as requested
- Ability to manage conflicting requirements in a mature and effective manner.
- Proven experience in financial outsourcing or a related field
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with all stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Efficiency with a range of software technologies
- Professional accounting qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA) – Desirable but not essential
