They are currently looking to bring a talented MEP Technician into their expanding team.This is a unique opportunity to join a company that designs and delivers high-performance modular and relocatable buildings across multiple industries, offering consistent innovation and technical excellence.As an MEP Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Producing detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Integrating systems such as HVAC, power distribution, solar energy, and plumbing into modular buildings, gatehouses, and rail equipment buildings (REBs).
- Ensuring full compliance with current safety standards and regulatory codes.
- Collaborating closely with customers to understand project needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Working with internal manufacturing teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Conducting detailed calculations to support design and installation specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally experience with Revit or SolidWorks.
- A sound understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design.
- A relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, with a detail-focused, professional approach.
- The ability to manage their time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
