  • Design, develop, and execute test plans for Python-based systems and REST APIs.
  • Document and continually build out QA processes using automation frameworks.
  • Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to refine requirements and deliver quality releases.
  • Provide tier-2 technical support to customers, diagnose issues, and communicate resolutions promptly.
  • Maintain detailed, user-friendly documentation for both internal and external audiences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality standards and support procedures.
Qualifications:
  • No Degree Required
  • Professional experience in QA for Python applications and web platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, or similar).
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (such as Postman or Swagger).
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting and support experience in a customer-facing or internal capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of version control (preferably Git) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Analytical mindset and a detail-oriented approach.
