Primary School HLTA - Rochford, EssexEducation and trainingDo you have experience teaching the core subjects to whole classes with strong behaviour management skills?Perhaps you want to gain teaching experience before undertaking teacher training.Would you like to be a part of a Good primary school with a friendly and supportive team?Is this sounds like you, then please apply today!** Rochford, Essex** Primary School HLTA** 36 hours per week** Long-term contract** Education and training** Full time/ Term time** £100-£120 per day** September start** School's direct Teacher training may be offered after 1 year of employment** Free onsite parkingAcademics are working with a fantastic primary school in Rochford, Essex who are urgently seeking a Primary school HLTA to join them from September until at least July 2026.The role of a Primary school HLTA is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This may include planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or short term for whole classes and monitoring pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupils achievement, progress and development.Someone with a HLTA qualification is desirable but not essential.The ideal candidate should have over 3 months experience in a similar role where they covered and taught whole classes, covering teacher's PPA time and should have good knowledge of the national curriculum.About you:
