- Oversee daily office operations, from facilities management to routine maintenance.
- Ensure hygiene standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct New Starter Inductions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Handle administrative tasks including invoice approvals and occupancy reports.
- Support the team in organising events and activities.
- Manage vendor contracts and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
- Experience in office management experience, preferably in a multinational or corporate setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, approachable, and a true team player with a "can-do" attitude.
- High accuracy in administrative tasks and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Health and Safety qualifications or relevant experience is a plus.
