
Commercial Vehicle Utilisation Co-Ordinator

- Ensure optimal use of our commercial fleet and supplier vehicles, reducing downtime and costs.
- Support Regional Fleet Managers by processing additional vehicle requests to maintain operational continuity.
- Minimise replacement vehicle spend by managing reallocation of returned vehicles.
- Coordinate short-term external hires to cover breakdowns or temporary needs.
- Monitor build schedules and provide delivery updates for vehicle orders.
- Maintain accurate vehicle records and ensure compliance with our Business Management System.
- Resolve customer disputes promptly and effectively.
- Continuously review and improve operational processes for lean working.
- Provide insightful reporting and stats to stakeholders.
- Experience in fleet operations or logistics coordination
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (PivotTables/Formulas essential)
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Query, and Power BI is desirable
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
