Today, our chefs, working in partnership with our customers, have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.Our night shift team are looking for a new Hygiene Supervisor. This role would ideally suit someone who is currently working in a similar role or who is looking to take a step up in their career.As our new Hygiene Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hygiene functions of our site on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are delivered at all times.The role will include:Ensuring the cleanliness of all production machinery without compromising or damaging equipment through water ingress or negligenceProviding overall leadership and direction to the hygiene community by ensuring people are engaged, focused and able to deliver their potential at all timesWorking closely with the Hygiene Manager to ensure the wider hygiene team has the necessary training plans and support in place to assist their ongoing development in order to meet the needs of the businessResponsible for ensuring that the hygiene management system (HMS) and records are maintained and appropriate actions are taken to ensure good hygiene practice (GHP) is adhered toChecking concentrations of cleaning chemicals prior to use and accurately recording the resultsEnsuring all cleaning documentation is completedOur ideal candidate:Knowledge, understanding and compliance to the hygiene, safety and environmental factors associated with the company’s hygiene functionExperienced supervisor/team leaderCOSHH trained in the safe use of chemicals used for cleaningA positive work attitude and a hands-on approachGood attention to detailCompetent with Microsoft OfficeExperience, preferably with a food industry background, would be advantageousWhat we can offer you:Salary £35,00033 days holiday including bank holidays with the option to buy up to 5 extra daysAccess to GroceryAid, providing emotional, practical and financial supportBenefits and recognition hub - including amazing colleague discountsHours will be 21:30 to 06:30 Monday to FridayIf this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear from you.
