Reports To: Financial ControllerSalary: Up to £35kRobert Half is proudly partnering with one of UK's largest charities to recruit for a Finance Supervisor on a full-time and permanent basis.You will oversee a small team of 3 Finance assistants and ensure accurate and timely financial processing. You will also support the Financial Controller, leading on day-to-day operations, supervise three Finance Assistants, and contribute to month-end reporting and reconciliations.Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support, and develop a team of three Finance Assistants.
- Review and approve journals, invoices, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
- Lead on monthly processes, including control account reconciliations and journal postings.
- Support finance system testing and updates (e.g. Microsoft GP, Salesforce, Iplicit).
- Ensure financial records are accurate and processes are efficient.
- Part-qualified accountant or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing or supervising a finance team.
- Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to ethical and inclusive working practices.
