- Oversee Unix & Windows server environments, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
- Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategiesto safeguard critical data.
- Develop and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, VPNs, and identity management.
- Conduct risk assessmentsand implement security controls to protect enterprise assets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standardsand regulatory requirements.
- Define and implement IT support strategiesto improve service desk efficiency.
- Optimize end-user computing environments, including device management and software deployment.
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline IT operations and enhance user experience.
- Work with stakeholders to align IT architecture with business goals.
- Provide technical leadershipand mentor IT teams on emerging technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions.
- 18+ yearsof experience in IT architecture and enterprise infrastructure.
- Expertise in Azure & AWS cloud platforms(certifications preferred).
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and identity management.
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows server administration.
- Familiarity with backup technologies, disaster recovery, and storage solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CISSPare a plus
- A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
