- Driving Transformation: Deliver S/4HANA-enabled transformation programmes, specializing in data migration.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage data migration plans that maximize the use of SAP accelerators and technologies while minimizing risk.
- Solution Design: Contribute to high-level and detailed design workshops, gathering business data requirements and value mapping.
- Team Leadership: Lead consultant teams to deliver high-quality S/4HANA data migration solutions.
- Client Engagement: Facilitate client workshops, sharing industry best practices, data modelling expertise, and specialized data migration knowledge.
- Practice Development: Contribute to practice development initiatives that support sales and internal capability building.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Extensive Experience: Hands-on and leadership experience in SAP Data Migration using various tools like SAP LSMW, S/4 Data migration cockpit, SAP BODS, developing custom user-defined S/4 HANA migration objects and ABAP, SAP HANA Data Modelling, SQL Scripts, CDS views.
- S/4HANA Expertise: Demonstrable experience delivering S/4HANA data migration and implementation across multiple lines of business, covering master, reference, and transactional data, as part of a transformation programme.
- Data Migration Proficiency: Strong knowledge of S/4HANA data migration, SAP innovations, and best practices. Experience completing all phases of data loads (test, mock conversion, and cutover). Proficient in Data Migration tools - s/4 Hana essentials/extended, migration cockpit, Data Services, Informatica/MDM/MDG.
- Data Analysis and Management: Extensive data analysis and migration experience, including data identification, extraction, cleansing, validation, enrichment, and quality management. Ability to develop requirements, map data, and document conversion rules between source systems and S/4 HANA.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Strong business influencing and solution skills to design and implement data solutions while mitigating risk. Capable of bringing together business, functional, and technical teams to agree on solutions. Experience providing guidance on data cleansing, preparation processes, and standards.
- Agile and Client-Focused: Demonstrable experience with Agile working practices in complex data environments, along with project planning activities. Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality work.
- Communication and Compliance: Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills for both client stakeholders and technical/non-technical teams. A strong grasp of GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Mentorship (Advantageous): Ability to manage time effectively while coordinating and mentoring junior team members.
- Cloud Migration: Experience migrating data to SAP C/4HANA Cloud or SuccessFactors using BODS, CPI, AWS/Azure ETL, or Infoporter tools.
