- Verify all non-standardised bookings (Trade date +1 and Settlement date -1), per policy and prioritisation mechanism taking into factors like exposures and upcoming observation dates, where necessary
- Escalate any unverified non-standard transactions, ensuring MI is updated to track progress and review.
- Coordinate any corrections/ amendments with the Solutions Middle Office, Trade Origination, Risk, Legal and Product Controllers Teams
- Identify enhancements to the existing product representations, documentation, and reconciliation to achieve greater accuracy and improve the processing of non-standardised products in coordination with the COO team.
- Endeavour to increase the ratio of standardised to non-standardised products in coordination with COO team/Trade Origination team.
- Identify approximately booked trades and escalate the trades to the relevant Control department to review.
- Involvement in testing new non-standardised products
- Identify risks and escalate appropriately.
- Opportunities to be involved and drive change within the Structured Deal review control function.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the FCA

- Proven analytics and investigation skills
- Proficient in MS office (Excel) and FO/BO systems (e.g. ICE preferred, but not essential)
- Process optimisation or change experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Experience in Python / SQL or Alteryx (preferred, but not essential)
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
