JOB-20240819-db742659Social Worker within Court Team in Plymouth (UK), earning £48.01 per hour, on an ongoing basis. This full-time role requires attendance in the office for duty week (5 days - 1 in 7 weeks), and generally 3 days per week is expected for face-to-face work. We're searching for skilled social workers with experience in care proceedings, from attending court to request an Interim Court Order, through to the Final Hearing. - Conduct thorough parenting assessments and viability assessments of family members.
- Write detailed care plans and final care plans tailored to the individual needs of children and families.
- Visit children in placements across the UK, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Use a trauma-informed approach to work with children who have a child protection plan.
