- 1-4 years experience in a process or systems role
- Prior experience working in or alongside HR teams.
- PMO, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst experience in a change or transformation environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills-confident working cross-functionally to gather requirements and drive alignment.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into improved processes or tool configurations.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and workflow design,
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle competing deadlines and multiple streams of work.
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple projects or priorities.
- Experience process mapping using Visio, or similar process mapping tools
- Excellent Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides capability.
- Workday (especially around HR and core HCM processes)
- PMO certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
- JIRA or similar task/project management tool usage.
- Zendesk (workflow/routing setup)
- Greenhouse (pipeline, templates, and user management)
- Experience customising and administrating HRIS tools
- Map, analyse, and document business processes across teams, particularly within the People department and cross function collaborative processes, using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Support business architecture initiatives, ensuring processes align with organisational goals and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Support and contribute to project coordination efforts (within a PMO or delivery environment), helping track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Maintain and improve process documentation
- Act as a system administrator for tools such as Greenhouse and Zendesk, handling workflow customisation, and user support (no coding required).
- Support end-user testing activities (UAT) for HCM system changes, new features, and configuration updates.
- Document and track testing outcomes, issues, and resolution steps in alignment with the implementation timeline. Ensure all pre-go-live validation
- Translate complex systems or processes into clear, step-by-step user guides, FAQs, and reference docs. And deliver user training sessions (virtual or in-person), including new process walk-throughs, process refreshers, or role-based onboarding.
