Car Sales Executive Needed in Lancashire Location: Colne
  • Working Hours: 5-day working week
  • Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 Basic | £46,000 OTE

Our client, a highly successful and independently owned Main Dealer, is looking to recruit an additional Car Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team in Colne. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and professional development, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sales and looking to build a career in the motor trade.Key Responsibilities of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Promote and sell vehicles in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Plan and organise daily tasks to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry to handover
  • Maintain accurate records and utilise dealership systems effectively
  • Deliver on personal and team KPIs in a fast-paced sales environment
What our client is looking For:
  • A confident, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills
  • A self-starter who is proactive and driven to succeed
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
  • Previous experience in car sales is essential
