HGV Class 2 Drivers - TamworthDriver Require are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Tamworth. The role as a HGV Class 2 Driver - Tamworth driver will include: Carrying out daily checks on the vehicle you are assigned for a job. Completing minor repairs to the vehicles where necessary and appropriate to do so.Reporting any damage, defects, or wear-and-tear to the Transport TeamEnsuring the load is strapped downDriving a Class 2 Lorry to and from their customer locationsMulti drop (up to 8 drops)Handballing maybe required - no dirty work Liaising with Customers Liaising with the Transport Team to ensure that they are kept appraised of the status of your delivery and whereabouts Effectively managing your driving time so that you don’t acquire infringements. HGV Class 2 Drivers - Tamworth pay rates:Weekday - £14.00 plus holiday pay Weekend - £17.50 plus holiday Pay Night out - £25.00 HGV Class 2 Driver requirements:Must have 12 months HGV / Class 2 Driver experienceStrapping and loading experience neededBe mindful of the vehicles when driving to customer eg fitting into tight spacesMaximum 6 points on licence with no major convictions (DD/DR/IN10's)#INDTAM
