️ £200M+ Flagship Development | Tier 1 National Main ContractorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor and take charge of the early works package on a major £200M+ development in Exeter.This high-profile project involves large-scale student accommodation and mixed-use development. The early phases will include full site setup, demolition, piling, groundworks, and external works.Your RoleAs Project Manager, you will lead a key phase of this landmark scheme, overseeing works from site mobilisation through to ground floor slabs and external finishes. You'll report to the Project Director and take full ownership of health & safety, programme, subcontractor management, and commercial performance for your section.️ Scope of Works
- Site setup (hoarding, compound, biosite systems)
- Demolition and enabling works
- Piling and ground retention (secant piles, king post, precast)
- Groundworks (piling mats, drainage, cut & fill, RC slabs)
- External works and landscaping finishes
- Proven experience delivering complex groundwork and enabling packages
- Strong structural knowledge and technical competence
- Ability to manage large teams and drive safety & quality on site
- Background in large-scale developments with Tier 1 contractors
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Exeter for the duration of the project
