With new projects coming online, they are now looking for a dedicated HSE Coordinator to join on a two-day-per-week basis.In this purely HSE-focused role, you'll oversee compliance and safety processes across field operations, updating site records, managing risk assessments, and logging accidents. With hybrid working, it's a flexible position where your expertise will make a tangible difference without a five-day commitment.The ideal candidate will have HSE experience in construction, engineering, or field operations and hold NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications.This is a fantastic opportunity to balance professional responsibility with personal flexibility, while supporting projects that have global reach and impact.The Role:
- Manage and update HSE documentation for site operations
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance standards are met
- Log accidents and incidents, keeping accurate records
- Work independently with hybrid flexibility (2 days per week in Bishop's Stortford)
- Health & Safety professional with experience in construction, engineering, or field operations
- NEBOSH-qualified or equivalent
- Organised, detail-focused, and self-reliant
- Comfortable working part-time with autonomy
- Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively in a small team
