  • Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
  • Delivering targeted interventions to individuals or small groups.
  • Promoting positive relationships and developing students' social and emotional skills.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Ensuring a consistent and proactive approach to managing behaviour and emotional well-being.

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., HLTA, Level 3 TA, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
  • An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Proven ability to inspire and engage students through creative lesson planning.
  • Experience teaching English in the UK is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
