In this vital role, you will be the cornerstone of a supportive and innovative learning environment. You will:*Provide empathetic, trauma-informed guidance to build confidence, emotional well-being, and academic achievement.
*Foster a nurturing space for growth through targeted one-on-one and small group interventions.
*Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to cultivate a truly inclusive and secure classroom atmosphere.We're Looking For:*A qualified educator holding QTS or QTLS.
*Proven experience (2+ years) supporting children with SEND, including managing complex needs and behaviours with patience and innovation.
*An updated DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) and current safeguarding certification.
