Job Title: Site SupervisorCompany: Samsic UKSamsic UK is a leading provider of facilities management services, offering a range of support solutions to businesses across the UK. We are proud to work with some of the most prestigious and successful companies in the country, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their premises are always clean and well-maintained.Summer team deep cleaning supervision from 11th July to 12th Sept 2025. Shifts: Monday to Friday, 4 hours
  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support where needed
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are regularly and thoroughly cleaned
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues and address them promptly
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are followed by the team
  • Train new cleaners and provide ongoing training to existing staff to improve their skills and productivity
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with our clients, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules, performance reports, and any incidents that may occur on site
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
