Contract: Ongoing, with the potential to become permanentWhat You'll Be Doing:*Providing 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional educational needs
*Adapting learning activities and resources to suit individual learning styles and needs
*Collaborating with class teachers to implement targeted support plans
*Encouraging pupils to build confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
*Creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where every child can thriveWho We're Looking For:*Someone with prior experience supporting children with SEND, preferably in a school setting
*Confident in using creative and adaptive approaches to support individual learning
