We are currently recruiting a Workshop Manager / Vehicle Technician for our client in the outskirts of Aylesbury towards Thame. This is an amazing opportunity for a Vehicle Technician who is looking to progress in their career and take a step up into management whilst also still enjoy being hands on, working for a a well-established, family run garage.They are looking for a great team player, hard-working, and motivated to make the most out of their career. MOT Licence is advantages however it is not essentialOur Client is offering the successful Workshop Manager / Vehicle Technician:

Duties of a Workshop Manager / Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Managing the workshop of Technicians and allocating jobs
  • Carrying out Service Checks
  • Repair work
  • Carrying out Diagnostics
  • Undertaking Vehicle Road Tests
To be considered for this Workshop Manager role, you must:
  • Previous experience running a workshop
  • Qualified Light Vehicle Technician or equivalent Level 3
  • Confident and capable of carrying out a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Offer support and help to your colleagues
  • Able to provide technical advice and carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work, in accordance with technical procedures
  • Full UK Driving Licence
