- Developing detailed technology roadmaps with commercial recommendations.
- Presenting proposals and roadmaps to clients clearly and confidently.
- Handling client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Communicating technology updates and company changes to clients.
- Collecting client feedback and implementing improvements to enhance their experience.
- Collaborating with Technical Teams to provide accurate and timely advice.
- Staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Identifying opportunities within existing client accounts for new solutions and services.
- Proven experience in customer success or account management within an MSP or similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives.
- Ability to simplify technical discussions and communicate complex solutions clearly.
- Solid understanding of core IT products, ideally including: M365, Windows Server, Azure, security solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate client business goals into actionable technology strategies.
- Strong presentation skills and a results-oriented approach.
