- Third-Party Partner Management: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our third-party partner, including communication, performance reviews, and collaborative planning.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the partner to develop and execute Amazon sales and marketing strategies, influencing advertising and promotions.
- Optimise Inventory: Coordinate inventory levels with the partner to ensure sufficient stock while minimising costs, providing forecasts and replenishment strategies.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to the partner to enhance sales and profitability.
- Brand Representation: Ensure consistent brand representation on Amazon across product listings, A+ Content, and brand storefront, upholding brand guidelines.
- Navigate Amazon Ecosystem: Stay informed about Amazon policies and best practices to effectively guide the third-party partner.
- Contract Management: Oversee the contractual agreement with the partner, including performance expectations and payment terms.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular performance updates to internal stakeholders and facilitate communication between the partner and L'Oréal teams.
- Problem Solving & Mediation: Address any performance issues, conflicts, or discrepancies between L'Oréal's expectations and the third-party partner's execution. Mediate and find solutions that benefit both parties.
- Support Amazon initiatives: Assist L'Oréal's 1P Amazon team with key projects to drive overall performance.
- Amazon 3P experience: You have previous experience and/or in depth knowledge of managing sales via Third-Party Markeplace via Third-Party Partner
- Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with external partners. Ability to effectively influence the strategies and actions of a third-party partner without direct authority.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical and negotiation skills, familiarity with contract terms understanding of how to manage profitability
- Knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem: Understanding of Amazon dynamics and ecosystem and ability to go beyond traditional sales by leveraging levers to drive traffic, conversion and brand presence.
- Drive, tenacity, and resilience with an 'anything is possible' attitude
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Strong Communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong influencing skills - ability to demonstrate thought leadership and proactively manage stakeholders
- Ideally experience working with Amazon and/or Ecommerce arena
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
