- Proven ability to lead customer-focused services and drive continuous improvement through process re-engineering and strategic management.
- Strong IT proficiency across Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel), databases, and bespoke finance systems; adept at providing statistical insights to senior management.
- Hands-on experience managing bad debt and implementing strategies to minimise financial risk.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; capable of translating financial data for non-financial stakeholders and integrating electronic systems across financial platforms.
