Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a leading UK organisation as they look to appoint an experienced Head of HR to join their senior leadership team. This is a high-impact role where you will have full responsibility for the HR function across the UK, working in close collaboration with the Managing Director and senior business leaders. We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative leader with a proven track record of delivering HR excellence in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You will be passionate about people, commercially focused, and able to influence and inspire colleagues at every level of the business.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership of the HR function across the UK.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the leadership team on all HR and people-related matters.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and organisational culture.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, reward, retention, and exit processes.
Manage employee relations, organisational planning, succession management, and skills development.
Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements remain robust, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.
Design and deliver impactful training and development programmes, including future leadership pathways.
Develop and monitor HR metrics and reporting to drive organisational performance and continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualifications:
CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years' experience in a broad, generalist HR leadership role.
Strong track record of implementing initiatives that improve employee engagement and organisational culture.
Demonstrable experience in employee relations, training & development, and reward management.
Excellent organisational, influencing, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or engineering environments is highly desirable.
