- Take ownership of Hospitality & Residential London top location activation projects, regularly visiting clients and establishing Technogym as a true partner
- Work closely with the Wellness Experience Manager in HQ on projects, setting up and maintaining a shared project timeline
- Assisting in the sales process to make sure that the total solution ingredients for experience activation are presented (design, digital, sell-out, education)
- When the deal is closed, take the lead on the activation process by liaising with all relevant internal stakeholders (digital/marketing/education) and ensuring the timely delivery of each activity
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest and resident experience through our total wellness solutions
- Support the deployment of H&R B2B2C partner agreements (i.e. TG App Plus or others), monitoring the lead generation output
- Oversee the roll out of new projects and guide our clients through the activation process
- Keep continuous contact with clients once projects are completed, monitoring guest and resident feedback and ROI
- Support in the identification and development of the training activities of the local sales teams on the solution selling process
- Work with the marketing team to stimulate best practice for the H&R segment
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adopt a solution-based selling approach
- A proficiency in planning, coordinating and executing complex projects
- An inquisitive and opportunistic mindset, continually looking for new and creative solutions
- Experience in the Hospitality sector or luxury/premium markets would be highly advantageous
- Savviness with social media and a flair for creating engaging content
- High attention to detail
- Exposure to international markets and a multicultural knowledge is desirable
