Salary: Up to £35,000 basic | £41,000 OTE DOE
Location: Swindon
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota (paid as overtime)Swindon Pertemps are currently working with a well-established and reputable main dealership in the Swindon area to recruit an experienced and driven Automotive Technician. - NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Previous experience in a dealership or similar fast-paced workshop environment
- Confident diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality work efficiently
- Performing routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a variety of vehicles
- Diagnosing issues quickly and accurately using the latest tools and technology
- Supporting and collaborating with a skilled team and workshop controller
- Contributing to a team bonus scheme based on productivity and efficiency targets
