Provide comprehensive mortgage and protection advice to clients and ensure that this is converted into profitable business for the company.Essential Job FunctionsEstablish client's mortgage or remortgage needs for residential and buy to let propertiesReview client's financial position, recommend the most appropriate lender and product and make the applicationEstablish clients' protection needs, recommend policies and process the application through to “on risk” statusSolve problems that might occur with lenders or protection providers to ensure that the service is deliveredEnsure that client files are presented on the system in a compliant manner.RequirementsQualifications in CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 or equivalentPleasant and confident manner when dealing with clients, colleagues, lenders and providersTeam worker - recognises that business success comes from everyone working together with a willing attitudeWell organized - conscious of process - methodicalDrive to achieve targetsAttention to detail - checks facts and figures and spots mistakes.
