You will be assisting the Home Manager for the CQC, audits, Rota, Recruitment, Mentoring, Appraisals & more! Another factor will include developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and be a true role model for staff members.This service specialises with various area of care including Elderly, dementia & physical disabilities. It is purpose built and has a GOOD CQC!About you
