Your RoleAs a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in developing students' English skills across all ability levels. You'll provide targeted support through one-to-one and small group sessions, working with:
  • Students who need additional support to reach their potential
  • High-achieving pupils preparing for university applications
  • Learners requiring personalized guidance to meet assessment targets

  • 2:1 or above in English Literature, English Language, or related degree
  • Strong knowledge of both English Language and Literature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for education and student development
  • Ability to engage effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
Desirable:
  • Previous school-based or tutoring experience
