Senior Commercial Contracts Manager

• Oversee a portfolio of complex, high-value contracts, ensuring appropriate oversight based on strategic importance and risk profile
• Ensure all contracts meet legal compliance and governance for all contracts in the portfolio, maintaining high standards and addressing risks promptly
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews, addressing underperformance and ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including procurement, clinical, and finance teams, to provide insight, reporting, and expert advice on contract performance
• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies, including remedial action where necessary

• Extensive experience managing commercial contracts within the NHS, healthcare, or a similarly regulated environment
• A strong background in post-award contract and supplier performance management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A solid understanding of supplier compliance, governance, and risk management principles
