  • Execute business analysis activity as required for a varied set of projects and continuous improvement workstreams
  • Understand business objectives and ambitions and validate business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using appropriate business analysis techniques
  • Capture and validate business requirements and use cases from a wide range of stakeholders for projects, initiatives, and enhancements, using appropriate business analysis techniques
  • Work closely with the Projects, Architecture, Development, and Test teams as part of the delivery of change
  • Accurately document business requirements, data flows, data transformations, processes ('as is' and 'to be')

  • Experience of managing IT business analysis activity in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues and recommend process improvement opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to clearly articulate concepts and ideas, challenge effectively and manage expectations
  • Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude, tenacity, drive, initiative, and creativity
  • Ability to own multiple changes from inception, manage them concurrently and ensure timely delivery
