Job Description:Self-Employed Bank Waking Night Domiciliary Care AssistantsPay: £120 – £130 per nightLocation: Solihull and surrounding areasWe are recruiting self-employed waking night care assistants to join our bank team, providing care and support to individuals in their own homes. This is a domiciliary care role offering temporary cover only, with shifts allocated as needed.Please note: No permanent roles are currently available.You must be self-employed and able to invoice for your work.Key responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and emotional support overnight
  • Assisting with medication
  • Monitoring clients' safety and wellbeing
  • Offering a calm and reassuring presence throughout the night
  • Working in clients’ own homes within the community
What we offer:
  • £120 – £130 per night
  • Flexible, ad-hoc shifts based on your availability and cover needs
  • Experience is a bonus, but not essential – full training will be provided.
