📌 Start Date: ASAPAre you an organised and proactive administrator looking to support meaningful transport improvements across the Highlands? Join our client's Sustainable Transport team as a Project Support Administrator for the Bus Infrastructure Fund.About the Role.You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of multiple transport infrastructure projects funded by Transport Scotland. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider team, you'll ensure smooth coordination, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain project documentation and records in line with council and funding requirementsSchedule meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements; prepare agendas and minutesAssist with progress reports, financial summaries, and performance tracking
Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and community representativesSupport procurement processes and monitor budgets and claimsEnsure compliance with policies, funding conditions, and statutory requirementsWhat We're Looking For
Essential:HNC/HND qualification or equivalent experienceProven experience in project support or administrationStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and collaborativelyDesirable:Knowledge of transport infrastructure or public sector projectsFamiliarity with Transport Scotland funding processesExperience working with local authorities or public sector bodiesWorking Relationships
