  • Perform comprehensive dysphagia assessments and provide effective management plans for adults
  • Assess and treat post-stroke communication impairments, tailoring interventions to each patient
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care plans
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HCPC standards
  • Utilize resources and strategies to educate patients and their families about dysphagia and communication disorders
  • Travel to various locations as a car driver to deliver necessary patient support
