- Valid NMC Pin
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a mental health setting.
- Proven ability to effectively manage complex patient needs and provide person-centered care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and therapeutic communication.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
