At Consumer Energy Solutions (CES), we're proud to lead from the front — and our latest recognition as Solar Installer of the Year is proof of the quality and dedication that powers our work.💰 Salary: £45,000 annually + Monthly Bonus Incentives📍Location: HQ – Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ🕰 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekAbout the Role:We’re looking for a skilled and driven Electrical Quality Supervisor to help us maintain our award-winning standards. In this critical role, you’ll ensure the quality and safety of electrical systems during live installations, oversee electrician performance, and lead on inspection, testing, and Health & Safety compliance. Your insights will directly support our continued success and improvement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Operations Manager on project performance and quality
  • Maintain robust systems to uphold high-quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations
  • Oversee project direction, track progress, and liaise with installers
  • Conduct live installation reviews and certification checks
  • Manage testing, inspection, and documentation for all electrical works
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve performance
What You'll Need:
  • Experience as a Quality Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of domestic electrical systems
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
Required Qualifications:
  • Level 3 Qualified Electrician
  • Inspection & Testing
  • 18th Edition (current wiring regs)
