- Handle inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction within agreed timelines.
- Log site visits and coordinate part orders and deliveries.
- Prepare and present accurate quotes to customers.
- Maintain high accuracy in order processing, including managing credit card transactions.
- Retain commercial contract customers and develop strategies to foster strong, lasting relationships.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Service Manager.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for future growth.
- Track and record sales activities to monitor performance.
- Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Kingspan’s products and services.
- Provide exceptional, professional service to both internal and external customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including field engineers.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.
- Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Ideally 1–2 years’ experience – training provided
- Call Centre experience desirable
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to manage information accurately and efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
