• Leadership and Staff Management: Guide a team of care professionals by recruiting, training, supervising, and developing them. Create a supportive environment that not only fosters professional growth but ensures that staff are well-equipped to meet the needs of children in care.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015, the Children Act 1989, and other significant legislation. Preemptively prepare for Ofsted inspections and address improvement areas with tenacity.
