- Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree or equivalent.
- Post-registration experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Reasonable postgraduate experience and will have held responsibility in an educational or healthcare post.
- Evidence of stakeholder experience.
- Experience of working in an educationally focused environment.
- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience and/or knowledge of audit, evaluation, research, and development.
- Experience /understanding of the external political and social environment, including NHS policy issues and priorities, and the wider agenda of public policy impacting on other relevant agencies.
- Experience in writing reports for a diverse audience including instances whereby interpretation of related policies is required.
- Experience of planning and delivering education and training.
- Experience in deploying improvement methodologies to develop services.
- Experience of strategic planning, operational planning, policy development and implementation.
