As a Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in handling a high-value caseload of property disputes for a range of clients, including individuals, businesses, charities, and national corporations.Responsibilities
- Manage complex property disputes for commercial and residential clients
- Advise on landlord & tenant disputes, lease renewals, and boundary issues
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver solutions
- Contribute to team growth through business development and marketing initiatives
- Stay current with property law developments to provide effective advice
- Assist Senior Lawyers with their caseload and develop your own portfolio of clients
- 6 + years PQE in Dispute Resolution and Litigation
- Strong understanding of property law and related disputes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage a high-value caseload effectively
- Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
