Client Interaction: Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and scheduling appointments with grace and professionalism.
File Management: Maintain organised electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
Administrative Support: Assist attorneys with various administrative tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and processing invoices.
Research Assistance: Conduct basic legal research to support ongoing cases and projects when required.Who You Are:You are a proactive and enthusiastic individual with:Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for customer service.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
