  • Experience of working with children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
A passion for the progress of young learnersAn ability to work as part of a teamOne of the following Qualifications -
  • CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education,
  • BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development, or
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development.
