- Degree level qualification in a relevant field (Desirable)
- In-depth contractual knowledge (expert understanding of JCT, NEC and desirable knowledge of FIDIC)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol Test
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Able to negotiate
