Salary: £35,00 to £42,000 per annum + £8,582 shift allowance

- Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical or electrical faults quickly and effectively
- Supporting process improvements to maximise equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
- Working collaboratively with the engineering and production teams to ensure smooth operations
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering technician role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Mechanical and/or electrical skills (multi-skilled experience desirable)
- Engineering qualifications (NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Willingness to learn and develop—opportunities available for less experienced applicants with the right attitude and potential
- Salary up to £42,000 per annum + £8,582 shift allowance
- Generous time off with a shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off for 3 weeks, followed by 12 consecutive days off
